At CM Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of the shipments receipt. All Items must be returned in the original packaging and unworn condition. You will receive a refund of the original price paid for the item, less the shipping fee.Custom designed jewelry will receive a restocking fee for the labor cost associated in production of the custom piece of jewelry.
